Teaching Philosophy
Our philosophy of education is that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. It is my desire to create this type of atmosphere where students can meet their full potential. We will provide a safe environment where students are invited to share their ideas and take risks.
Educational Programs
The first 5 years lay a foundation that influences the effectiveness of all subsequent educational efforts and is a period of incredible growth in all areas of a child’s development. We also understand the importance of the balance between cognitive and literacy skills for children with comparable attention to the emotional and social development of children.

Our educational program is play based and involves the principles of emergent curriculum, Erik Erikson’s stages of social-emotional development; Jean Piaget’s theories of how children think and learn; The Montessori method’s education seeks to develop natural interests and activities.

The children will learn through independence, choice, intrinsic motivation, and meaningful play. The following developments, essential skills, and learning experiences will give children a foundation for gathering knowledge, understanding the world, and learning to explore their environment.
